What we collect
When you apply for a role we collect your name, phone number, email, relevant experience, CV and any optional photo or portfolio link you provide. If you are selected, we collect onboarding information such as addresses, emergency contact, identity documents, certificates and payment details.
How documents are stored
CVs, identity documents and photos are kept in private storage. They are never served from public links. Authorized HR staff open them through short-lived, permission-checked download links, and access is recorded.
Public team verification
Public verification returns only an approved display name, designation, branch or work region, current verified status and — only when public visibility is switched on — a photo. Salary, bank details, national ID, home address, attendance and the stored phone number are never returned. Every team member's public photo can be hidden by an authorized administrator; hidden photos are not returned by the public service.
Access inside the portal
Team members see only their own records. Managers see the teams assigned to them and do not automatically receive access to salary, bank or identity information — those permissions are granted separately. Access rules are enforced on the server and in the database, not only in the interface.
Retention and removal
Applicant data is retained for recruitment record keeping. When employment ends, portal access is revoked promptly while authorized historical records are retained as required.
