Job overview: We are looking for an experienced Customer Support & Sales Executive to respond to online enquiries, speak with customers by phone and confirm orders. You will help customers understand our smart door locks and choose a suitable model. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer messages on Facebook, Messenger and other social media channels. - Call customers and explain product features, prices and available options. - Help customers choose a suitable smart door lock. - Follow up with interested customers and confirm orders. - Accurately record customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses and order details. - Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams. - Keep customer enquiries and order progress updated in the company's system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in online customer support, e-commerce sales or telesales is required. - Clear spoken and written Bangla. - Confidence using computers, social media and online order systems. - Good listening skills, patience and a professional approach to customers. - Ability to explain products clearly and follow up responsibly. - Experience with smart locks or electronics is preferred.
