YEYAY Smart Security is looking for a Customer Relationship Officer who can work remotely and professionally manage online customer communication. Location: Bangladesh. Preference can be given to candidates who can support Dhaka operations when required.

• Reply to customers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and other social media channels • Call customers when required • Explain YEYAY products • Follow up with potential customers • Confirm customer orders • Maintain customer records and follow-up notes • Coordinate with the office, installation and delivery teams • Handle customer communication during assigned working hours • Maintain fast and professional response times
Requirements
• Previous Customer Support or Online Sales experience preferred • Excellent Bangla communication • Comfortable handling customer phone calls • Reliable internet connection • Smartphone and computer/laptop access • Quiet working environment • Professional communication • Ability to follow assigned shifts and response-time requirements • Experience with E-commerce, Electronics or Smart Home products is an advantage
