YEYAY Smart Security is looking for a professional, confident and smart Customer Relationship Officer to work from our Dhaka office. The person will communicate with customers through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, social media and phone calls, explain YEYAY products, follow up with potential customers and confirm orders. This position will also include live product presentation when required, including presenting YEYAY Smart Door Locks and other smart products in live videos or social media content.

• Reply to customers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and other social media platforms • Receive and make customer phone calls • Explain products clearly and professionally • Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements • Follow up with interested customers • Confirm customer orders • Maintain excellent customer relationships • Handle basic after-sales customer communication • Coordinate with sales, installation and delivery teams • Participate in Facebook Live, product demonstrations and video presentations when required • Present YEYAY products confidently in front of the camera • Maintain a professional appearance and communication style
Requirements
• Previous Customer Support, Online Sales, Call Center or E-commerce experience preferred • Excellent Bangla communication skills • Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls • Good Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Social Media knowledge • Smart, professional and confident communication • Comfortable presenting products on camera and during live sessions • Ability to explain products clearly • Responsible and punctual • Basic English communication is preferred • Experience with electronics, smart home or technology products is an advantage
